About Us
The complex at the Royal Quays was initiated by a number of public and private sector partners in 1997.
Its aim was to provide accommodation and support for high technology small companies. They could prosper within an environment that was conducive to their development by identifying specialised support, networked facilities, cluster opportunities and appropriate technology drivers such as modern telecommunications.
There are two main buildings:
Phase One (former Applied Materials building) - completed May 1997
22,700 ft2 (2,110 m2) of self-contained office premises & laboratory space
Phase Two (Centre for Advanced Industry) - completed March 1999
