A purpose built seven storey building, the Centre for Advanced Industry is based in an award winning landscaped location at the Royal Quays in North Tyneside. It is situated next to the Royal Quays Outlet Centre and the Port of Tyne's ferry terminal.
The business centre provides modern premises with an ICT infrastructure geared towards the region's expanding technology sector and modern knowledge based businesses. Tenants have 24/7 secure access to the building and benefit from free car parking and on-site meeting rooms. In addition, the Centre for Advanced Industry offers a flexible space policy.
Fabriam Places assists the business centre tenants and is keen to help them to expand further. We can signpost tenants to relevant business support agencies and industry networks and have a particular interest in helping technology based small firms (TBSF) access funding to accelerate their growth, which is often time critical.
