Fabriam Places is the longest established of the company's business areas. It currently manages the Centre for Advanced Industry and the Fabriam Centre, both located north of the Tyne.
The company acts as a cost effective manager of business space, providing both facilities management and tenant company support based on modern service design. We are also committed to expand the number of technology focussed business centres to meet increasing demand.
