Fabriam Associates have all individually managed a variety of companies or organisations of various sizes often related to technology based small firms.  As such  we  offer an interim service from full 'hands on' strategic and operational support to firms and other organisations to mentoring at CEO level.

Experienced Associates are available to undertake assignments as Interim Managers for a period ranging from a few weeks to several months and the duration and expected outcome is always agreed with the client at the outset.

Why would an organisation need an interim manager?

Interims are not just for the nasty things in corporate life such as when the Board or funders have  decided to replace the CEO although this does happen.  Often there is specific task such as a merger and acquisition, a change management programme or a new market opportunity that the existing management may simply not have the time or expertise to undertake.

Interim managers can be a very cost effective way of supporting a company , the Board or existing management as they are paid an agreed day rate, should be up and running within a very short timescale and need stay no longer than required.
