Over many years of experience we have tailored our training to suit individuals from throughout design and manufacturing organisations. Courses are suitable for operators, supervisors, maintenance and technical service staff as well as a range of topics for management at various levels.
Our courses lead to a full National Vocational Qualification. NVQs are a work-based qualification whereby the learner proves competence against a set of nationally recognised standards by the compilation of an evidence portfolio and a qualified assessor guides and assists them through this process. The assessor will carry out observations in the workplace to verify the candidate’s competence in carrying out the various elements of the qualification.
The observations and evidence gathering are carried out in the workplace so there is no need for the candidate to have to attend a college etc.
